Privatization and BAMBOO Marquee

Provision of the 250 m2 "Bamboo" reception tent and the outdoor areas of the estate, from Friday 3 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.

Rates established on the basis of 100 people.

- January February - reception tent unavailable, except by special agreement

- March - reception tent unavailable, unless otherwise agreed

Only weddings of less than 70 people can be held.

(as an indication, the rental of a Bamboo marquee, which remains an exceptional product, amounts on average to 29 euros per square meter with floor - the rental cost with assembly is between 7,000 and 11,000 euros for a weekend.)

Rates established on the basis of 100 people - 12 euros per additional person

ACCOMMODATIONS

Provision of the Château for guest rooms (2 nights).

(7 bedrooms for 18 people; extension possible nearby, accessible on foot).

Sleeping arrangements include: 7 double bedrooms with additional beds possible in some bedrooms; possible extension nearby. And also possibility of camping, in the summer.

Catering budget - for the meal (service and toppings included) and the reception with entertainment, it is advisable to plan a budget between 75 and 90 euros. Our caterers build the tailor-made meal with the bride and groom.

For brunch , depending on your wish to be assisted by staff, it is advisable to plan a budget between 18 and 35 euros. (Foodtruck or catering service)

Animation budget: example:- fireworks by a pyrotechnician - 5 mins built on your playList 1,300 euros to 2,500 euros beyond 5 mins.

DJ: is an important player in guaranteeing the success of your party - our DJs know the places and charge prices around 1,300 euros (2 people usually - sound system and lights on two sites - respect of your Playlist, good quality equipment...) - DJ evening budget + Jazzy Group for the reception, around 1950 euros. Musical groups can also intervene in several styles.

Florist budget : for the decoration of the Marquee, arch, bouquet and reception - from 500 euros, the average being around between 800 and 1,200 euros. Photos of the tables on this site.

Our rates are clear: no overtime billed, no corkage fee when choosing one of our caterers... A usage fee and corkage fee apply in the event that a caterer not listed in our list is retained. All of our speakers have been rigorously selected for the quality and regularity of their services throughout our weddings. They know the place perfectly and will be of good advice.

How is it going ? You will not be welcomed by a sales representative but always by the owners - a visit to the premises, a few exchanges... will allow us to mutually appreciate whether the Estate inspires the dream of your Big Day.

During the wedding season, visits are of course not possible on weekends, very rarely also on certain weekdays.

We will establish an estimate depending on the season and the number of people. A reservation is considered firm if the contract is signed and accompanied by a payment of 25%, the balance being spread over time until the date of the wedding less one month.
