As a follow-up to your request, you will find on this site various information concerning our 52-hectare estate including the Château Demeure d'Hôtes, a farm with animals, 2 ponds, a stream, 40 hectares of forest traversed by forest paths , a field of 3.5 ha.

Access is very easy from Paris or Orly airport by the A6 motorway (Nemours exit). From Charles de Gaulle airport or the south-east of Paris, access is via the A5 then A19 motorway. In addition, Sens train station is 15 mins away (Paris-Bercy train / Direct direction: 55 mins; train per hour).

The provision of the premises includes the total and exclusive privatization of the entire Guest House and the Estate (Friday-Saturday-Sunday - see prices).

We can accommodate up to approximately 180-200 people in a reception tent, an authentic Bamboo Tent located near the main house. A dance floor with lighting is available in the immediate vicinity. The Bamboo marquee can be closed and heated. It is an authentic Bamboo Marquee, carried by integral bamboo poles (To preserve the impression of intimacy of the whole, the space is punctuated by the presence of four poles thus avoiding the hall effect of the capitals supported by a single or two central masts) - which also distinguishes it in elegance and nobility and always arouses the wonder of the guests. The Marquee is illuminated by a magnificent starry sky of lights.

In the guest house, a large private kitchen and an adjoining dining room can accommodate the dressing of dishes prepared for Friday evening, Sunday breakfast.

A "caterer" tent is available to the caterer (4x8), next to the Bamboo Tent for your banquet.

Accommodation : guest rooms on site for about 15 people (5 double rooms; some with an additional single bed possible). Possible extension, contact us. (You will accommodate about 60 people without the need for cars with accommodation on the edge of the forest.)

Camping tents can also be set up on the property for nature lovers.

Many guest houses and lodges nearby, including one on the edge of our property, 600 m away, complete the system, as well as the hotels of Sens 15km and Nemours 30 km.)

Civil ceremony or Blessings in the domain : several places in the domain lend themselves to it: under the large bicentenary sequoia, at the edge of the pond, in the forest...

For services other than venue rental, we offer a diverse choice of caterers and service providers. For the meal and the reception , it is necessary to count around 85 € per person; but it may be a little less or a little more depending on the choices made.

No corkage fees apply to our caterers.

A catering tent is available to prepare dishes and plates during the ceremonial meal.

A religious wedding can be celebrated in the pretty chapel of the village of La Belliole 800 m away (contact the Town Hall to visit 03 86 88 61 39). You can also choose two Romanesque churches (about 10 minutes)
